EASY BAKED BONELESS PORK CHOPS

Whenever I find myself lazy to cook, I always pick this easy recipe. I can make this even when my eyes are closed! This is seriously one of the easiest pork chop recipes you can throw together and the result is superb! Made with just a few simple ingredients and ready in under an hour, these scrumptious, perfectly baked, juicy boneless pork chops sure will leave you breathless! Serve this with roasted potatoes, salad, roasted vegetables, and any of your favourite side dishes for a simple and filling meal that your entire family will absolutely love! Try this recipe very soon, it’s life-altering!

INGREDIENTS

2-3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

8 boneless pork chops count 2/person

3-4 garlic cloves sliced

1 medium onion sliced julienne

1 tsp dried rosemary

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp fresh ground pepper

1 tsp salt

1 1/2 c. red wine your preference

HOW TO MAKE EASY BAKED BONELESS PORK CHOPS

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees.

Step 2: On a 9 x 13-inch baking pan, lay the pork chops and generously sprinkle them with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary on both sides.

Step 3: Toss the sliced onion with the meat.

Step 4: In half, chop the cloves of garlic. Add them to the meat followed by oil and red wine.

Step 5: Tightly tent the pan with aluminium foil. Place it in the preheated oven and bake the pork chops for approximately 25 to 30 minutes.

Step 6: After the said baking time, remove the foil and bake the pork chop further until the internal temperature of the meat reads 145 degrees F. This takes an additional 5 to 10 minutes.

Step 7: Remove from the oven when done and serve the baked boneless pork chops with either roasted potatoes, salad, roasted vegetables, etc. Enjoy!
