Bacon, Cream Cheese, Cheddar Chicken

Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 30 mins | Total Time: 40 mins | Yield: 4 Servings

All the ingredients complement very well with each other to make this amazing dish! This Bacon, Cream Cheese, and Cheddar Chicken is the definition of perfection! From the chicken to the cream cheese, everything about this is delicious! Just follow these easy steps, and you are good to go! You will only need 6 basic ingredients for this. Ready in less than an hour, this is surely a must-try. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

6 ounces cream cheese, cold, refrigerated, and sliced into 8 slices

8 strips of bacon, cooked, chopped

4 chicken breasts (use 4 thin chicken breasts, or use 2 large chicken breasts, sliced in half, horizontally)

1 c Cheddar cheese, shredded

1 tbsp olive oil

salt and pepper

Directions:

Prepare the oven and preheat it to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.

Apply cooking spray to a 13x9x4-inch casserole dish.

Lay the chicken breast into the prepared casserole dish. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add the cream cheese over the chicken breasts and spread it evenly.

Scatter the chopped bacon on top of the cream cheese layer.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.

Place the casserole dish in the preheated oven and bake the Bacon, Cream Cheese, and Cheddar Chicken for 20 to 30 minutes or until done.

Remove from the oven and allow it to rest for a few minutes at room temperature to incorporate all the flavors.

Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes:

You can serve this with your favorite side dishes. Some recommendations are mashed potatoes, cooked green beans, spinach, broccoli, or roasted asparagus.

Leftovers should be kept in the fridge. Reheat them for a few minutes before serving again.
