1 bag of Cooked Perfect® Frozen Homestyle Meatballs

¾ c. of sour cream

⅓ c. of all-purpose flour

Cooked egg noodles (optional)

4 c. of beef broth

How to make Delicious Swedish Meatballs Using Frozen Meatballs

Step 1: On a sheet pan, place the meatballs and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Step 2: In the meantime, melt 1/4 cup of butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir in 1/3 cup of all-purpose flour once the butter has melted, and continue to stir until the mixture is browned and slightly thickened.

Step 3: Next, gradually whisk in 4 cups of beef broth, stirring constantly for about 2 minutes or until the mixture begins to thicken.

Step 4: Add 3/4 cup sour cream once the sauce has thickened. Stir well and add the baked meatballs. Allow the meatballs and sauce to cook for additional 10 minutes. To taste, season with salt and pepper.
