You don’t need a lot of ingredients to make this Parmesan Chicken Casserole! It only requires 6 basic ingredients which I’m pretty sure you already have! I always cook this on weekends when everyone is around. It’s kind of a family favorite. My kids just could not enough of it! I can’t blame them because it is indeed delicious! 1 c mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
1 tsp seasoning salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 c shredded Parmesan cheese
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat it to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
Add mayonnaise, seasoning salt, garlic powder, 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, and black pepper into a mixing bowl. Whisk everything until well incorporated.
Apply cooking spray to the inside of a 9×13-inch baking pan.
Lay the chicken breasts in the prepared baking pan and arrange them in a single layer.
Add the mayonnaise mixture over the chicken breasts and spread it evenly. Make sure to cover the top.
Scatter the shredded Parmesan cheese on top of the chicken breasts.
Place the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake the chicken casserole for about 35 minutes or until done.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
I highly recommend serving this as is or over pasta or rice.

You can use boneless chicken thighs for this recipe if you prefer.
