This is my favourite bread ever! Super moist, sweet, and delicious Apple Bread that I keep on making since the day I got my hands on the recipe. I love the crispy crust and how easy this is to throw together. I add in some nuts because I love that extra bite. I am not a fan of raisins but a friend said that this is amazing as well with some raisins in it.

½ c. vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 c. apples, peeled and diced
