I love no-fuss meals. They are incredibly easy and quick to make, making them perfect for my always-busy schedule. Crockpot recipes are my thing. Whoever invented crock pots, I salute you! This ranch pork chops and potatoes is already a complete meal that guarantees to satisfy everyone around the dinner table. All you need are a few readily available ingredients to throw this amazing dish together. No hard to pronounce or special ingredients are needed. Just plain simple ingredients combined to make the best pork chop meal!
I always want to sear my pork chops to seal all the juices and make them more appetizing, but if you are short of time, dumping the ingredients in your slow cooker all at once is also great. You do not need anything to serve this with, but you can perfectly enjoy this with some green veggies like roasted asparagus.
