Today I am sharing with you one of my top pick crockpot recipes – Pepper Steak Recipe. It is an excellent dinner served over rice. If you are looking for a satisfying dinner idea that your entire family will surely love, then this crockpot pepper steak is a must!
This recipe has been one of my favourites for as long as I can remember. This tastes like it come from my favourite Chinese restaurant if not better! My family immediately loves this Pepper Steak and for years now, this has been part of our favourite rotation list.

My schedule is crazy in the past weeks! The kids are back to school and I am working full time. Thank goodness for recipes like this Crockpot Pepper Steak and my slow cooker/crockpot because I do not have to worry about my family’s meal.
INGREDIENTS
1.5 pounds round steak (cut into thin strips)
1/2 onion (sliced thick)
1 red bell pepper (sliced thick)
1 green bell pepper (sliced thick)
1 1/2 c. beef broth
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
How to make Crockpot Pepper Steak
Step 1: In a slow cooker, place the beef, bell peppers, and onions. Then, add the seasoning along with the brown sugar, and soy sauce.
Step 2: Over everything, pour the beef broth and stir.
Step 3: Put the lid on and set to cook for 5 to 6 hours on low or 2 1/2 to 3 hours on high until the steak is completely cooked.
Step 4: When done, serve the pepper steak right away over rice. Enjoy!
