Lasagna is always been a part of my life. I love it as a child and more today. But with all the hard work, I seldom whip this up. Thank goodness for this crockpot version I can make this whenever I feel to without sacrificing the same amazing flavour we get from the traditional lasagna. Serve a slice with your favourite veggies along the side or a simple side salad for a meal your family will ask for again and again!

Easily assemble layers for meat sauce, noodles, cottage cheese/ricotta cheese, and mozzarella cheese in your slow cooker. Repeat the layers, then set to cook for a few hours. The trick here is the layers. Make sure to follow the same for an impressive crispy, cheesy top and delicious, meaty layers below.
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef ground turkey can be substituted
24 ounces spaghetti sauce
24 ounces cottage cheese ricotta cheese could be substituted
16 ounces lasagna noodles
2 cups mozzarella cheese grated
How to make Crockpot Lasagna
Step 1: In a saucepan, cook the ground beef or turkey over medium heat until brown. Then, pour in the spaghetti sauce and allow it to simmer.
Step 2: Meanwhile, using cooking spray, grease the inside of a slow cooker. In the bottom, spoon a layer of the sauce followed by a layer of uncooked lasagna noodles. Over the noodles, spread 1/3 of cottage cheese. Repeat one more layer of the meat sauce and sprinkle with 1/3 cheese.
Step 3: Do the same layers until the sauce and noodles are all used up, ending with the meat sauce and cheese.
Step 4: Put the lid on and set to cool for 4 hours on low.
