Cooked slowly in a crockpot, this dish will leave your house smelling great! And with honey, cinnamon, and apples, you sure would not want to leave your house while this cooks. My family, friends, and colleagues love this dearly, and they can’t wait until I make this again. I am sure your loved ones will love this, too, as much as we do. There are a lot of crockpot recipes out there, and this here is one of my favourites. You have to try this. It’s a must!
Ingredients
1 3-4 pounds pork loin
2 large granny smith apples, sliced
1/2 c. honey
2 tablespoons cinnamon
How to make Crockpot Honey Pork and Apples
Step 1: On the pork loins, slice some slits.
Step 2: Per slit, place 1 to 2 slices of apple.
Step 3: In the bottom of the crockpot, place the rest of the slices of apples.
Step 4: Drizzle over half of the honey.
Step 5: On top of the slices of apple, put the pork.
Step 6: And sprinkle the cinnamon on top.
Step 7: On top, add the rest of the apple slices and drizzle with the remaining honey.
Step 8: Cover the crockpot with the lid and set it on low. Cook the pork and apples for 6 to 8 hours.
Step 9: Slice the pork and serve with apples on top. Enjoy!
