Ingredients
2 cloves garlic minced
1 pound ground beef
1-ounce packet taco seasoning
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
4 c. potatoes sliced
1 c. beef broth
10.5 ounces cheddar cheese soup
How to make Crock Pot Beefy Potato Taco Casserole
Step 1: Cook the ground beef with garlic until no longer pink. When done, drain the excess grease.
Step 2: In the bottom of a lightly greased 6-quart crockpot, place the slices of potato. On top of the potatoes, evenly spread the ground beef, then sprinkle over the taco seasoning.
Step 3: Over everything, evenly spoon the soup. Across the top, evenly sprinkle the cheese.
Step 4: Around the crockpot, evenly pour the beef broth.
Step 5: Put the lid on and set to cook the casserole for 4 to 5 hours on low or 2 to 2.5 hours on high.
Step 6: If using an oven-safe crock, you can put it in the broiler for about 90 seconds on high to brown cheese on top. Remove from the broiler and allow the casserole to cool for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 7: Serve and enjoy!
