1 pound ground beef
2 cloves garlic minced
1 ounces packet taco seasoning
10.5 ounces cheddar cheese soup
4 c potatoes sliced
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 c beef broth
HOW TO MAKE CROCKPOT BEEFY POTATO TACO CASSEROLE
Step 1: Cook the ground beef with garlic until brown. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: In the bottom of a lightly greased 6-quart crock pot put the slices of potatoes.
Step 3: Evenly spread the ground beef over the potatoes.
Step 4: Sprinkle the top with taco seasoning.
Step 5: Evenly spoon the soup over.
Step 6: Equally sprinkle the cheese on top.
Step 7: And carefully pour the broth around the crockpot.
Step 8: Cook for 4 to 5 hours on low or 2 to 2.5 hours on high, covered.
Step 9: To brown the cheese, broil on high for about 90 seconds.
Step 10: When done, allow to cool for at least 10 to 15 minutes and serve. Enjoy!
