2 large Eggs, beaten plus 1 tbsp water
1 c. flour
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika (or regular is fine)
1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 c. vegetable oil
Honey garlic sauce:
1/2 c. honey
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp corn starch plus 3 tbsp cold water
HOW TO MAKE CRISPY HONEY GARLIC CHICKEN
Step 1: Place the honey, soy sauce, and garlic in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil.
Step 2: Into the cold water, stir in the corn starch. Stir this into the boiling honey sauce until the mixture has thickened. Then, remove from the heat and set aside.
Step 3: Combine the flour, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a wide, shallow dish. In a separate shallow dish, whisk the eggs with a tbsp water.
Step 4: In the egg wash, dredge the chicken, then dip in the flour. Toss to coat the entire chicken.
Step 5: In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes per side. Once crispy and the chicken is cooked through in the middle, toss the chicken in the honey garlic sauce.
Step 6: Serve intermediately. Enjoy!
