Air fryer hit the internet by storm! I was hesitant to buy one myself but hey the pressure goes on and now I own one. Good thing I did because I’ve never had Brussels Sprouts like this before. Crispy, savoury, and incredibly delicious plus they are keto-friendly!
It is like nibbling chips, so crispy but with much fewer carbs. And with only five ingredients and your trusty Air Fryer, it’s so easy to throw these crispy parmesan Brussels sprouts together. Enjoy these without the guilt and with less fuss.

Ingredients
2 c. Brussel sprouts
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese grated
1/4 c. almonds sliced and crushed
2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
Sea salt to taste
How to make Crispy Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts
Step 1: Into a medium saucepan, add the Brussel sprouts and cover with 2 cups of water. Cook for about 8 to 10 minutes over medium heat.
Step 2: Drain and let the Brussels sprouts cool. Once cooled, slice each in half.
Step 3: In a large mixing bowl with oil, parmesan cheese, crushed almonds, everything bagel seasoning, and salt, toss the Brussel sprouts.
Step 4: You can use a wooden spoon to stir if needed to ensure that the Brussel sprouts are completely coated.
Step 5: Into the air fryer, transfer the Brussels sprouts and cook at 375 degrees for about 12 to 15 minutes until both sides are golden.
