I am always looking for easy and quick recipes I can make, even on my busiest days. I sometimes come up with recipes from using ingredients I have on my pantry. I love to cook and experiment. I got that from my mom. She taught me how to be a smart cook. Just a few days ago, I made these creamy pork chops and potatoes. I have been sitting on this for quite a while now and I didn’t realize how good this is until a couple of days ago. It is made with only a handful of ingredients and ready in a cinch. I like keeping stock of ingredients I usually use, so I can easily throw a meal together. So I didn’t have a problem making this pork chop dish. My entire family loves this and requested that this will be a part of our regular menu rotation. And these creamy pork chops and potatoes pair so well with just about anything.
