Flavorful pork chops smothered in a creamy garlic mushroom sauce, a mouthwatering one-pan meal for everybody! This recipe is enough to feed a family of four and can easily be doubled. Or simply pop half in the fridge and enjoy the next night.

4 pork chops
salt and pepper to taste
1 pinch garlic salt, or to taste
1 onion, chopped
½ lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 (10.75 oz.) can condense cream of mushroom soup
How to make Creamy Mushroom Pork Chops
Step 1: To taste, season the pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic salt.
Step 2: Brown the chops in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and mushrooms to the skillet and cook for about a minute.
Step 3: Over the chops, pour the cream of mushroom soup.
Step 4: Adjust the heat to medium-low, cover the skillet, and simmer for about 20 to 30 minutes or until the chops are completely cooked.
