This is my family’s favourite Creamy Mushroom Pork Chops. Easy and fast not to mention insanely delicious! We enjoy these moist, juicy chops over brown rice or alongside some steamed or roasted veggies for a filling meal perfect for the entire family!
This recipe has been with me for years now. I love easy and quick recipes like this. It saves me on busy days and keeps us full. Using only pantry ingredients, you can throw this together in a breeze! This is a fantastic dish perfect for everyone and pairs excellent with just about anything.
I tried sauteing a clove of garlic in olive oil before I add the chops to the skillet. Take the chops out once browned, then saute the onion and mushrooms. Even poured some dry white wine and a half cup of milk with a tbsp fresh tarragon and ground pepper. Then, simmered the chops with the sauce. And it was amazing! This recipe is to die for as is but feel free to experiment. It’s one best thing about simple recipes like this because you can add your take to make it even more marvellous!

1 pinch garlic salt, or to taste
1 onion, chopped
½ lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 (10.75 oz.) can condense cream of mushroom soup
How to make Creamy Mushroom Pork Chops
Step 1: With salt, pepper, and garlic, season the pork chops.
Step 2: Cook the pork chops in a large skillet over medium-high heat until brown. Add the onion along with the mushrooms and saute for about a minute. Over the chops, pour the cream of mushroom soup. Then, put the lid on, adjust the temperature to medium-low, and simmer for approximately 20 to 30 minutes until the pork chops are cooked through.
