This is a pretty simple salad that is loaded with green peas, eggs, thinly sliced raw onions in a sweet and creamy dressing. It is not overwhelmingly sweet or creamy, everything about this salad is just right. With a few basic ingredients and a bowl, you can be able to make this in a heartbeat! This is a potluck winner. Add in some crumbled bacon and everyone will go gaga over this.
A friend introduced me to this amazing recipe. It was like love at first bite. In the beginning, I used canned peas but later figured out that frozen peas are alright. Either way, this salad is the best I’ve ever had in ages! Not fussy, everything you need is just sitting in your pantry, and this salad will only take you just a few minutes to make. Not to mention this is freaking delicious, creamy, and sweet just the way I like it, and I can even add bacon which is a huge point for me, and this is excellent any time and any day! Perfect for your next potluck and gathering.
