4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
14 oz. can Cream of Chicken Soup
14 oz. can Cheddar Soup
14 oz. Chicken Broth
1/2 tsp Cajun Seasoning
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1 c. sour cream
6 c. steamed broccoli florets Boiled in hot water for 3 minutes then drained
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
How to make Creamy Chicken & Broccoli Over Rice
Step 1: In a crockpot, place the soups, chicken broth, and garlic soup over low heat, whisking until smooth. Add in the chicken and press them to the bottom of the pot. Cover the pot, set on low, and cook the chicken for 6 hours or 3 hours on high.
Step 2: Shred the chicken using two forks into bite-size pieces once cooked. Add in the sour cream and broccoli, then stir.
Step 3: When done cooking, serve the creamy chicken and broccoli over steamed rice. If desired, garnish with a sprinkle of cheese. Enjoy!
