Baked Spinach and Tilapia:
5 tilapia fillets 1lb
8 ounces fresh spinach
3 tablespoons butter sliced
1 c. Monterey jack cheese (shredded)
CREAMY SAUCE:
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic crushed
1 teaspoon old bay seasoning
1/2 teaspoon adobo seasoning
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
How to make Creamy Baked Tilapia Spinach
Step 1: Onto the bottom of a baking dish, pack the spinach and top with the slices of butter, then layer over the fish fillets.
Step 2: In a small bowl, mix the sauce ingredients (mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, crushed garlic, old bay seasoning, adobo seasoning, black pepper, and salt) and spread this evenly on top of the casserole.
Step 3: Sprinkle the cheese on top. Place in a 500 degrees F preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes.
