Cheesy, creamy, and “potatoey”, I am one hundred per cent sure you’ll go gaga over these mouthwatering scalloped potatoes! Made with just a few simple ingredients, mostly you already have on hand. Serve this straight from the oven, and it’s gone in minutes!

4 – 5 pounds Yukon gold potatoes
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon Tastefully Simple’s Onion Onion
1 tablespoon Tastefully Simple’s Garlic Garlic
3 tablespoons flour
1 c. chicken broth
2 c. of whole milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons Tastefully Simple’s Rustic Herb
1 1/2 c. sharp cheddar
1/2 c. Parmesan
How to make Crazy good Scalloped Potatoes
Step 1: After peeling the potatoes, slice them very thinly to about 1/8-inch.
Step 2: In a saucepan, add the butter and flour. Cook for about 2 minutes or so to cook out the taste of the flour. Add the rest of the ingredients except for the cheeses. And continue to cook, whisking constantly until the mixture has thickened.
Step 3: To the bottom of a greased baking dish, arrange half of the potatoes. Pour over half of the cream sauce and top with a cup of cheddar and a half cup of Parmesan. On top, add the remaining potatoes, top with the remaining sauce, then the cheeses.
Step 4: Tent the dish with foil. Place in 400 degrees preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes. Uncover and continue to bake for an additional 25 to 30 minutes.
