This pull-apart bread just won the game! I have never seen anything like it – savoury melted cheese with sweet cranberry sauce just makes my knees shiver. Elegant and delicious to serve for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and any holiday parties, this Cranberry Brie Pull-Apart Bread you can pull together in a heartbeat with only a few ingredients.
When I first laid my eyes on this gorgeous, my heart just melts. And when I found out that it takes little effort to make, I immediately dive in! Served this first on my birthday and what everyone mostly felt was awe at how tasty and pretty this is.
INGREDIENTS
1 large boule
1/2 cup (1 stick) melted butter
2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
2 teaspoons freshly chopped rosemary
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 (8 ounces) wheel Brie, cut into thin strips
1 (15 ounces) can whole-berry cranberry sauce
How to make Cranberry Brie Pull-Apart Bread
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees.
Step 2: With parchment paper, line a large baking sheet.
Step 3: Slice every inch in both directions crosshatch the boule with a serrated knife. And make sure not to slice through the bottom.
Step 4: Combine the melted butter, thyme, and rosemary and season with salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Step 5: With the butter mixture, brush the boule and ensure to get it inside the crosshatches.
Step 6: Stuff with brie and cranberry sauce in each crosshatch. Then, wrap the bread completely in foil.
Step 7: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes until the cheese is melty and the bread is warm and toasty.
Step 8: Remove from the oven and allow the bread to cool for at least 5 minutes before serving.
