Prepare this ahead or serve immediately. Doesn’t matter because everyone will go gaga over this Cracked Out Corn Dip. So good, you might forget your name! Made with corn, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, bacon, and Ranch, this sure as heck is one of the simplest and easiest dips you’ll make! Serve this with tortilla chips or Fritos and watch this gone in seconds!
This has been my go-to and one of my favourite dips. Always a winner and sure is a keeper! I love hosting parties and game nights and this dip never fails to make it on my list because why not? This is so good, it’s like hitting the jackpot!

Ingredients
1 (8 ounces) package cream cheese, softened
1 (1 ounce) package Original Ranch dressing mix
3/4 c cooked chopped bacon
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 (16 ounces) container sour cream\
3 ½ c frozen corn kernels, thawed
HOW TO MAKE CRACKED OUT CORN DIP
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees F.
Step 2: Use cooking spray to lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish.
Step 3: Combine the cream cheese, dressing mix, chopped bacon, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and corn kernels in a bowl and mix well.
Step 4: Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Use aluminium foil to cover the dish.
Step 5: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
Notes:
Prepare the dip ahead. Just throw everything together, cover with aluminium foil, and place in the fridge overnight. When ready to serve after refrigerating, add 5 to 10 minutes to the cooking time. This dip is best to serve with Fritos or tortilla chips.
