I have been enjoying this crack chicken for years! It is one of the best crockpot recipes to try. All you need are boneless skinless chicken breasts, ranch seasoning, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and bacon. It is one of the easiest recipes out there. Simply cook the chicken, shred using two forks when done, and mix with cheese and bacon. Before you know it, you’ll have this on your dinner table in time for dinner! Serve this crack chicken on buns or however way you want it.

INGREDIENTS
2.8 ounces bacon bits
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 packages cream cheese 8 ounces each, cubed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1-ounce packet ranch seasoning mix
How to make Crack Chicken
Step 1: Using a nonstick spray, grease your crockpot. On the bottom of the pot, place the chicken breasts and top with ranch seasoning and cubed cream cheese.
Step 2: Cover the pot and set to cook for 6 to 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high.
Step 3: Using two forks, shred the chicken when done.
Step 4: To the chicken, add the cheese and bacon. Stir well and continue to cook for about 10 to 15 minutes on low or until the cheese has melted.
Step 5: When done, serve the crack chicken on buns. Enjoy!
