It’s made with sweet onion, imitation crab meat, sour cream, cheese, and seasonings that blended so well together. Top it off with cheddar cheese and you have the yummiest thing ever!

I will never get tired to be amazed by how the ingredients reveal themselves once this dish touches your tongue. Simple and only a few ingredients that are normally sitting on your cupboard except for the crab meat. A light and fluffy casserole that most Chinese restaurants serve. I remember when I first brought my three-year-old to a Chinese buffet. He was so amazed by the varieties of dishes and scoop up portions of everything. But what he liked best is the golden, almost look like mashed potato (this is how he describe it) dish.

Ingredients
1 8-oz. package Crab Delight Chunk or Flake style will work
5 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder onion powder, pepper to taste
1 medium sweet onion sliced into thin rings
How to make Crab Casserole
Step 1: Place the crab meat in a bowl and shred it into smaller chunks. Add in the cream cheese, sour cream, and shredded Swiss cheese, then mix well until everything is incorporated. Add in the onion followed by the spices and mix until completely combined.
Step 2: In a casserole dish, spread the mixture and top with cheddar cheese.
Step 3: Place in 350 degrees oven and bake for about 30 minutes.
Step 4: Remove from the oven when done and serve warm. Enjoy!
