There was this time that I always crave KFC bowls. Every day, I rang them to deliver at my house, or if I am not feeling lazy, drive to get it myself. Until I decided to make my own, then, I found this simple recipe. The best copycat of KFC bowls! A five-ingredient recipe for a quick and easy dinner. I always top the bowls with some chicken strips because why not?
Sometimes, I want the real thing but most of the time I make it myself. Either way, they taste awesome, this copycat even better!

Ingredients
6 servings mashed potatoes
1 24 ounces package popcorn chicken cooked
1 15 ounces can corn drained and heated
1 pkg beef gravy cooked
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
How to make Copycat KFC Bowls
Step 1: For the mashed potatoes, make 6 servings or homemade.
Step 2: According to the package direction, cook the popcorn chicken.
Step 3: In the microwave or stovetop, heat the corn.
Step 4: Make your gravy or use a brown gravy packet as I did.
Step 5: Layer the potatoes, corn, chicken, gravy in order, then top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Notes:
Feel free to use instant mashed potatoes or make your own.
For this recipe, you can also use Mac and Cheese, just eliminate the corn and gravy.
Top the bowls with chicken strips if you desire.
Use your favourite gravy for this recipe. I use beef gravy.
