30 ounces Frozen Hash Browns thawed
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
8 ounces Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 small Onion chopped
1 c. Sour Cream
1 teaspoon salt

Step 1: Start by greasing a 9 x 11-inch baking dish.
Step 2: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees.
Step 3: Place the onion, soup, black pepper, and cheese (reserving a cup for later) in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
Step 4: Add the sour cream to the bowl and mix until well incorporated. Now, stir in the hash browns and melted butter.
