French toast is a staple at home. And to find this amazing casserole recipe is like a dream. With a gooey cinnamon filling, this Cinnamon Roll French Toasts casserole has been drizzled with a simple but luscious sweet cream cheese icing. A truly delightful casserole that is perfect for breakfast, brunch, dinner, even dessert!

1 loaf Brioche Bread
1 stick butter, unsalted
1 c. Sugar
2 tbsp plus 1 tsp Cinnamon
6 eggs
1 c. Whole Milk
1 c. Dunkin Donuts Extra Extra Creamer
⅛ tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla Extract (if you use Dunkin’ Donuts Extra Extra Creamer Vanilla or Caramel you can skip the vanilla extract)
ICING:
6 oz. Cream cheese
½ c. Powdered sugar
¼ c. Dunkin’Donuts Extra Extra creamer
HOW TO MAKE CINNAMON ROLL FRENCH TOAST CASSEROLE
Step 1: Into about 1 1/2-inches large cubes, slice the bread.
Step 2: Place the softened butter, sugar, and 2 tbsp cinnamon in a bowl and set aside.
Step 3: Whisk the eggs, milk, Dunkin Donuts Extra Extra Creamer, salt, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, and vanilla extract (optional) in another bowl until well mixed, then set aside.
Step 4: In a greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish, place half of the bread, top with half of the butter/sugar/cinnamon mixture. Now, add the remaining bread and top with the rest of the butter/sugar/cinnamon mixture. Over the bread, pour the egg mixture. Make sure to moisten all the bread pieces.
Step 5: Using plastic wrap, cover the dish and place it in the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight.
Step 6: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 375 degrees F. Then, bake the casserole for about 45 to 55 minutes. Remove from the oven when done and allow the casserole to cool for at least 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 7: In the meantime, mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar to make the icing, making sure all the lumps are gone. To the icing, add the Dunkin’Donuts Extra Extra creamer and mix until smooth.
Step 8: Over the cinnamon roll french toast casserole, drizzle the icing. Serve and enjoy!
