2 c. granulated sugar

1/2 c. oil

1/2 c. softened butter room temperature

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp cinnamon

2 c. all-purpose flour

4 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp kosher salt

4 c. peeled and grated apples granny smith, pink lady or Honeycrisp work best

4 tsp cinnamon

4 tbsp brown sugar

HOW TO MAKE CINNAMON APPLE BUNDT CAKE

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F.

Step 2: In a small bowl, sift together the baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.

Step 3: Beat the eggs, butter, oil, vanilla, and granulated sugar in a large bowl until creamy and smooth.

Step 4: Add in the flour and stir until well incorporated.

Step 5: Fold in the apples.

Step 6: Add 4 tsp cinnamon and 4 tbsp brown sugar in a separate small bowl. Stir to combine and set aside.

Step 7: Using nonstick cooking spray, generously grease a bundt pan, then coat it with sugar if desired.

Step 8: Into the prepared pan, pour half of the cake batter and sprinkle evenly with half of the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture. Using a knife, swirl the mixture through. Do the same with the rest of the cake batter and brown sugar mixture.

Step 9: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for about 50 to 60 minutes until the top is golden brown and the sides are pulling away from the pan.

Step 10: Remove from the oven and let the cake cool completely for about 10 to 15 minutes. Then, turn the cake out on a round cake plate. Allow the cake to sit for another 10 minutes if it does not release immediately, giving it a gentle shake.

Step 11: Top the completely cooled cake with sprinkles of powdered sugar or vanilla glaze.

Step 12: Slice the cake. Enjoy!
