This incredible Ciabatta Bread is made in a bread machine with water, salt, sugar, olive oil, flour, and yeast. This turned out surprisingly amazing. I was hesitant at first because I’ve never tried it before.
Ciabatta Bread has a unique combination of rustic, country texture, and elegance with a tantalizing taste. I am in love with the chewy interior and slightly crunchy crust of this loaf.

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 c Water
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp olive oil
3 1/4 c Flour ; (4.06 cups of spelt)
1 1/2 tsp yeast
How to make Ciabatta Bread
Step 1: Into the pan of your bread machine, add the ingredients in the same order recommended by the manufacturer.
Step 2: Set to Dough cycle and press start.
Step 3: Once the cycle is complete, the dough will be a bit sticky and wet. Hold the bait to add more flour.
Step 4: On a lightly floured board, place the dough and cover with a large bowl. Allowing it to rest for at least 15 minutes.
Step 5: Use parchment paper to line the baking sheets or lightly flour them.
Step 6: Split the dough into 2 pieces and shape them both into a 13 x 14-inch oval.
Step 7: Transfer the loaves on the prepared sheets. Dimple the surface and sprinkle with a bit of flour. Cover the dough and allow to rise for about minutes in a draft place.
Step 8: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 425 degrees F.
Step 9: For the second time, dimple the dough and place the loaves in the preheated oven on the middle rack position.
Step 10: Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes.
Step 11: Spritz the loaves with water during baking every 5 to 10 minutes. This will help to get a crispier crust.
