No-bake desserts are my new favourite. They are very easy to make without turning the oven on. I have many no-bake recipes, and I love them all! On top of my list is this Chocolatey Peanut Butter Shoestring Haystacks. They are no-bake cookies of peanut butter, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and shoestring potatoes, ALL IN ONE! My kids are obsessed with them so I make sure to whip up a big batch. Last Christmas, I have made A LOT and put them on cute little jars. I gave them to family and friends as a personalized gift, and they all loved it!
I have made a few changes to this recipe, but I always go back to the original. If I feel like it, I add some peanuts to these haystacks. I also tried using chow mein noodles to achieve that perfect crunch and taste. Most of the time, I stick to the recipe. Either way, these Chocolatey Peanut Butter Shoestring Haystacks come out wonderful always!
These haystacks taste like my favourite Reese’s with a crunch. It is a pretty great recipe that anyone can whip up all year round. Do not miss out on this no-bake treat. It’s a game-changer, a very interesting recipe, and surely for keeps!
