Chocolate Chip Coconut Flour Banana Bread

A simple bread that’s sweetened only with bananas, but tastes incredibly good! Made with only ten ingredients, this Chocolate Chip Coconut Flour Banana Bread is working its way up the chart!

INGREDIENTS

1 c mashed banana*

3 Eggs

½ c almond butter

¼ c coconut oil, melted

1 tsp vanilla

½ c (60g) coconut flour

½ tsp baking powder

½ tsp baking soda

¼ tsp sea salt

½ c dairy-free mini chocolate chips

How to make Chocolate Chip Coconut Flour Banana Bread

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F.

Step 2: Grease a loaf pan with coconut oil or line with parchment paper.

Step 3: Add the mashed bananas, eggs, almond butter, coconut oil, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.

Step 4: Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir well, then fold in the chocolate chips.

Step 5: Transfer the batter into the prepared loaf pan.

Step 6: Place inside the preheated oven. Bake for about 45 minutes or until golden and a toothpick inserted in the middle of the bread comes out clean.

Step 7: Once done, remove from the oven and onto a wire rack. Allow cooling for at least 20 to 30 minutes. Take the brad out of the pan and let it cool fully.

Step 8: Before serving, slice using a bread knife. For the leftovers, store them in a sealed container at room temperature for a few days. Or in the fridge or freezer to keep them longer.

NOTE:

To make a cup of mashed bananas, you need 2 to 3 bananas depending on the size.
