If you want a fancy dinner with less work and surely will not break the bank, then you have to try this Chimichurri Steak! Juicy steak covered in Chimichurri sauce. This sauce is not only perfect for steaks but also great to use for chicken. Feel free to make a big batch of the Chimichurri sauce so you’ll have more to use whenever you crave steak. You can also use store-bought Chimichurri, but I prefer homemade as it’s way better and tastes the best!
To make the Chimichurri sauce, you need just pantry essentials (fresh parsley, garlic, olive oil, red wine vinegar, crushed red pepper flakes, dried oregano, black pepper, and salt). Place everything in a food processor or chop them by hand into uniform pieces. Whenever I make Chimichurri, I whip up a big batch because it goes super fast! My family loves it so much, my guest is obsessed, and I always want my steak covered in it. In my opinion, this homemade Chimichurri is a million better than bottled!
