And If you love steak, this is a must. Throw this together using only six ingredients, and this is ready in less than thirty minutes!
This Chimichurri Steak is my go-to if I want an easy, fast, and fancy dinner. It’s impressive and great for date nights, even for entertaining. The tender and juicy steak is medium done (feel free to cook it to your preferred doneness) paired with this impressive chimichurri sauce, and you are in heaven! I suggest using homemade chimichurri sauce, but you can also use store-bought.

To make homemade chimichurri sauce all you need are simple ingredients from fresh parsley, garlic, olive oil, red wine vinegar, crushed red pepper flakes, dried oregano, black pepper, and salt. Combine using a food processor, but I prefer by hand, chopping using a knife on a cutting board to even pieces. Easily make a batch or more of this amazing sauce at home. If you have not tried it, you should! It’s one of the best-tasting sauces you’ll find at a Mexican restaurant, but this is better!

1 pound flank steak
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 lemon or lime
1/2 c. chimichurri sauce
How to make Chimichurri Steak
Step 1: Ready your grill, making sure to use the exhaust pan.
Step 2: With chilli powder, salt, and pepper, season the steak. On the hot grill, lay the flank steak and cook for about 6 to 8 minutes on each side (for medium).
Step 3: Take the steak off the grill when done and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
Step 4: Before slicing the steak, cut the lemon or lime in half, then squeeze it over the steak. Against the grain, cut the flank, then pour the chimichurri over. Enjoy!
