Chicken Bubble Biscuit Bake Casserole

My husband is obsessed with this casserole. Freaking delicious and packed with lush chicken in scrumptious, creamy ranch bacon filling topped with tender store-bought biscuit dough and perfectly golden, crispy cheese. This chicken bubble biscuit bake casserole is a comforting food at its finest!

A casserole is the best option if you are too lazy to come up with a meal on a busy day. They are very easy and quick to throw together, not to mention super versatile. I have my go-to and favourite casserole recipes. This chicken bubble biscuit bake casserole is the newest addition to my quite long list of casserole recipes. Very practical and a great recipe that you should not miss. Super good, I guarantee that there will be no leftovers! This recipe is an awesome pantry casserole. Straightforward, simple, and a must!

Ingredients

1/4 c. cooked, chopped bacon

3 c. cooked chopped chicken or canned chicken

2 tbsp Ranch dressing mix

1 1/2 c. sour cream

2 cans cream of chicken soup

1 c. grated cheese

1 additional cup of grated cheese for the top of the casserole

1 (12 ounces) can refrigerator Grands Jr Biscuits

How to make Chicken Bubble Biscuit Bake Casserole

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees. Using cooking spray, lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch pan and set it aside.

Step 2: Mix the chicken with soup, sour cream, 1 cup grated cheese, Ranch dressing mix, and bacon until well incorporated. Then, into 4 pieces, cut each biscuit and toss with the chicken mixture. Top the biscuits with the rest of the grated cheese.

Step 3: Into the prepared pan, pour the chicken mixture. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 to 35 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and the biscuits are golden brown.

Note:

For this recipe, you can use canned chicken. If desired, you can make homemade biscuits.
