This casserole is the perfect comfort dish loaded with chicken, bacon, touches of the ranch, tender store-bought biscuit dough, and topped with golden brown crispy cheese. It is a wonderful, pretty easy side dish to make using only pantry-friendly ingredients. Super good, your whole family will ask for this chicken bubble biscuit bake casserole again and gain!
I love easy and quick recipes. Something I can whip up even on my busiest and lazy days. The best part about this casserole is this is also great for potlucks. Whenever I throw this casserole together, I do not have to worry about leftovers because this goes super fast! A little trick if you want crispy biscuits rather than slightly softer biscuits, all you need is to sprinkle the cut biscuits over the chicken mixture instead of mixing it in the filling. I also like topping the casserole with more grated cheese. It makes so much difference!
