Prep Time: 5 mins | Cook Time: 15 mins | Total Time: 20 mins | Servings: 8

Grab these simple seven ingredients and make the best Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole in two easy ways! This recipe is the perfect low-carb meal for the whole family. Delicious, comforting, and oh-so-easy to prepare. More than worthy to add to your keto casserole recipes.

INGREDIENTS

CHICKEN BACON RANCH CASSEROLE:

2 pounds Chicken breast (cooked, cubed, or shredded)

8 slices bacon (cooked, chopped)

3 cloves Garlic (minced)

3/4 c. Ranch dressing

1 c. Mozzarella cheese (shredded, divided)

1 c. Cheddar cheese (shredded, divided)

VERSION 1 WITH SPINACH:

1 pound Frozen spinach (thawed, squeezed to drain well)

VERSION 2 WITH BROCCOLI:

4 c. Broccoli (cut into florets)

HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN BACON RANCH CASSEROLE

Step 1:Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 375 degrees F or 191 degrees C.

Step 2: If planning to add spinach, make sure to thaw it first, squeeze, then drain. For broccoli, put it into a pot with water, bring to a boil, then simmer for about a minute or two until bright green.

Step 3: In a large bowl, combine the chicken, bacon, drained spinach or broccoli, garlic, ranch dressing, and half of the shredded cheeses. Stir well to mix. Then, shift to a 9 x 13-inch or 23 x 33-cm glass or stoneware casserole dish. Or if you prefer, simply mix everything in the casserole dish.

Step 4: Add about 1 to 3 tap Ranch seasoning mix if you like extra ranch flavour in addition to the dressing.

Step 5: On top, add the rest of the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.

Step 6: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes until hot and bubbly.
