Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Roll-ups

A huge hit every time, this Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Roll-ups is the real deal! Creamy and delicious, these rolled up lasagna stuffed with chicken, cheese, and Alfredo sauce is a quick and easy dish that I am pretty sure your whole family will love and enjoy!

Ingredients

1 box lasagna noodles

3 cups cooked shredded chicken (2 large chicken breasts)

2 cups finely chopped broccoli (or spinach)

1 cup shredded cheddar

1 cup shredded mozzarella

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon pepper

1 jar alfredo sauce

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

How to make Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Roll-ups

Step 1: Cook and shred the chicken breasts. Set aside.

Step 2: Cook the lasagna noodles in a large pot of boiling water until al dente. Once done, drain the noodles and lay them on a clean towel or paper towels to drain and cool.

Step 3: Combine the chicken, broccoli, cheese, 1/4 cup of the Parmesan, garlic powder, pepper, and half of the alfredo sauce in a bowl.

Step 4: Add a few of the alfredo sauce in the bottom of a greased large casserole and spread evenly.

Step 5: Top with several spoonfuls of the chicken mixture the one piece of lasagna noodle. Roll the noodle up and place seam-side down into the casserole. Do this for the rest of the noodles and chicken mixture.

Step 6: Add 9 rolls into the casserole dish and the other 9 in a freezer-safe dish.

Step 7: Evenly spread the rest of the alfredo sauce over the roll-ups and sprinkle with Parmesan.

Step 8: And use a plastic wrap and foil to cover the freezer dish. Place in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Step 9: Place inside the 350 degrees preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 minutes more.
