1 Egg
1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese
4 cup Grated Zucchini
1 cup Grated Cheese of Choice (topping)
1 tsp Garlic Salt
HOW TO MAKE CHEESY ZUCCHINI BREADSTICKS
Step 1: Onto paper towels, place the grated zucchini and squeeze to get rid of most of the liquids.
Step 2: Add the grated zucchini to a mixing bowl along with the egg, Mozzarella cheese, garlic salt, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well until blended.
Step 3: Ready the oven and preheat it to 425 degrees F or 218 degrees C.
Step 4: Line a baking dish with parchment paper, then evenly spread the zucchini mixture onto it. Place in the preheated oven and bake for approximately 15 minutes.
Step 5: After fifteen minutes, take the dish out of the oven and sprinkle with your preferred cheese on top. Return to the oven and continue to bake for a couple of minutes more or until the cheese has melted.
Step 6: When done, remove from the oven and allow the cheesy zucchini breadsticks to rest for a couple of minutes at room temperature. Then, serve warm. Enjoy!
