This Ham and Potato Casserole is a perfect and simple meal. It allows people to enjoy this dish, Cheesy Ham and Potato Casserole while having a great time with their family and friends. It’s a perfect meal and not expensive to make. The best thing is that it’s versatile, replacing cheddar with swiss, replacing the ham with chicken, all of which will work into this recipe.

Ingredients:
24 oz Frozen Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes
2 tbsp Frozen Minced Onions
2 cups Sour Cream
(1) can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 cup butter (melted)
1 tsp salt
2 1/2 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese
3 cups Ham (cooked and diced)
Directions:
Preheat oven at about 350 degrees F.
Place frozen hash browns and minced onions in a large mixing bowl and mix.
Stir in sour cream, chicken soup milk, melted butter, flour, bacon, and shredded cheese for 2 cups.
Place the mixed ingredients in a 9X13 casserole dish and top with 1/2 cup of shredded cheese leftover.
Bake 40–45 minutes.
