I am pretty sure everyone around the table will love these Cheesy Garlic Bites made of canned biscuits stuffed with mozzarella and smothered with baked cheese and delicious garlic butter white wine sauce! It has soft and fluffy dough with an impressive crunchy cheese outside. Every bite is a volcano of melted mozzarella!

2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 cans of buttermilk biscuits, not the flaky kind
20 balls mozzarella Fresca Ciliegine cherry size, or mozzarella cut into cubes
6 cloves garlic minced
pinch crushed red pepper flakes
¼ c. white wine
½ c. Parmesan cheese shredded
1 c. mozzarella cheese shredded
salt and basil to taste
¼ teaspoon salt
HOW TO MAKE CHEESY GARLIC BITES
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 450 degrees.
Step 2: After opening a can of biscuits, flatten each biscuit.
Step 3: Drain first the liquid from the mozzarella container, then place the mozzarella ball in the middle of the flattened biscuit. Wrap the dough to make a ball.
Step 4: In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-low heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes to the hot oil and saute for about a minute or two. Stir in the butter until melted, then gradually pour in the wine and season with salt. Cook for another 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 5: Into the butter, roll the dough balls. Shift the balls open-side up in a mini muffin pan.
Step 6: Mix the shredded cheese, then add a heap on each dough ball.
Step 7: Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake the dough balls for about 8 to 10 minutes.
Step 8: When done, take the pan out of the oven and brush the bites with the rest of the butter. To taste, sprinkle them with salt and basil. Enjoy the Cheesy Garlic Bites warm!
