What a wonderful day! Despite this lockdown, I still have a lot of activities. Not like the ones I did before but I spend a lot of time in the kitchen now. The one thing I had no time to spend before. I cooked and baked a couple of recipes in 2 months. This recipe is just one of those that I am proud of. This is Cheesecake Crescent Rolls. Some of you may think, what is so special about this recipe? Well, as simple as it is, it made me happy today. I remember my Nana. She used to make this all the time. It’s a good thing that she gave me the recipe because it’s just too precious and delicious! This is the best Cheesecake you will ever eat I assure you! Give it a try. See you in my next recipe. Good day to you all!

2 cans of Pillsbury Crescent rolls
2 (8oz each) package cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup butter, melted
cinnamon
sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: In a 9×13-inch baking dish, arrange 1 can of the crescent rolls on the bottom part. Unroll.
Step 2: In a medium bowl, add vanilla, 1 cup of sugar, and soft cream cheese. Whisk until well-mixed.
Step 3: Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crescent roll layer on the baking dish.
Step 4: Add the remaining 1 can of crescent rolls over the cream cheese mixture.
Step 5: In a skillet, melt the butter then pour over the crescent rolls layer.
Step 6: Add a generous amount of sugar and cinnamon over the top.
Step 7: Place in the oven and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Once the color turns light brown and the texture is somehow bubbly, you are done!
Step 8: I usually pour a small amount of honey. It gives a nice flavor to it. Transfer into a wire rack and let it cool for a bit before slicing. Serve and enjoy!
