Cheeseburger-Stuffed Garlic Bread

Mouthwatering, crazy delicious cheeseburger-stuffed garlic bread that best satisfies your cravings. Juicy meat and cheese stuffed in a french baguette, what else can you ask for?

Ingredients

1 French baguette

1 c butter (2 sticks), cut into pieces

5 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Salt and pepper

3/4 lb ground chuck

1 tbsp minced onion

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp cracked black pepper

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

12 slices cheddar cheese

Thousand Island for dipping:

1 c mayonnaise

1/4 c ketchup

1/4 c sweet relish

1/2 tsp minced garlic

1 tbsp lemon juice

How to make Cheeseburger-Stuffed Garlic Bread

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F.

Step 2:In a pot, melt the butter. Add the garlic and cook until toasty.

Step 3: When done, remove the pot from the heat, season the melted butter with garlic with salt and pepper, and stir in the chopped parsley.

Step 4: Trim the ends and cut the baguette into quarters. And hollow out the middle of the baguette pieces with a small paring knife. Brush the outside with garlic butter.

Step 5: Add the chuck in a bowl and season with minced onion, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Shape it into 4 patties.

Step 6: Sear patties in batches in a heated cast-iron skillet until both sides are cooked.

Step 7: To build, layer the bread, cheese, patty, cheese, patty, cheese, and bread. Slice each quarter loaf into thirds. Brush each with garlic butter and wrap with foil.

Step 8: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.

Step 9: When done, remove from the oven and serve with Thousand Island dressing.

Note:

To make the dressing, combine the Thousand Island dressing ingredients in a bowl until well mixed.
