INGREDIENTS

1 13.8-ounce can pizza dough

2 cups mozzarella, shredded

3 tablespoons butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 cup parmesan, shredded

How to make Cheese-Stuffed Garlic Parmesan Pretzels

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees F or 200 degrees C.

Step 2: Spread into a rectangle the pizza dough and slice into 8 same-sized strips. Stretching the strips lengthwise, then, widthwise.

Step 3: Put the mozzarella down in the centre of the strips.

Step 4: Around the cheese, fold and pinch the dough forward the whole strip to make sure that the ends are close off.

Step 5: Take the ends of the strips to make a pretzel and create a “U” shape. Twist the ends twice throughout each other and connect the ends to the bottom of the “U” shape.

Step 6: Place the pretzels to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

Step 7: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic, and parsley. And pour this over the pretzels.

Step 8: Evenly sprinkle the top of the pretzels with Parmesan.

Step 9: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 10: Once done, remove the pretzels from the oven and serve immediately. Enjoy!
