Five steps to make an amazing treat! Yeah, you read it right. This Cheese Ball was my favorite growing up. My grandma used to make this amazing dessert when I was a kid. She told me and my cousins that it was the egg of a dinosaur and we believed it! That’s what made this specific food very special because every time we ate it, it was like an adventure. She used to hide it in the kitchen and we would go and find it. The first one to find it gets to eat it! Of course, I always won! I know it’s pretty weird because it does not resemble a dinosaur egg but she made an illusion or a spell on us that made us believed that it was! She was full of that when we were kids. 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice concentrate
1 (8 ounces) package shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green olives
How to make Cheese Ball
Step 1: Add mayonnaise, lemon juice concentrate, and cream cheese in a medium bowl. Stir until well blended.
Step 2: Add in green olives, onion, and cheddar cheese. Stir until well-mixed.
Step 3: Roll the mixture and form it into a ball-shape.
Step 4: Cover the mixing bowl and put inside the fridge to chill for 3 hours until it is firm.
Step 5: Serve and enjoy!
