HOW TO MAKE CAJUN BUTTER STEAK BITES
Step 1: Add the Cajun seasoning ingredients (dried thyme, garlic powder, mild paprika, onion powder, dried oregano, salt, brown sugar, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and chilli powder) to a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined, then add the steak and toss to coat well.
Step 2: heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the steaks to the skillet and sear for about 3 minutes per side until brown. If needed, add more oil. Transfer the seared steaks to a clean plate when done.
Step 3: Add the butter to the same skillet. Once the butter has melted, add the garlic to the skillet and saute over medium heat until fragrant, scraping the bottom of the skillet as the garlic cooks.
Step 4: Take the skillet off the heat, then return the steaks to the skillet. Toss well to mix with the garlic butter.
Step 5: Serve the Cajun Butter Steak Bites immediately. Enjoy!
