3/4 cup white sugar
1 cup butter, softened to room temp.
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 3/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups oats
1 1/2 cups butterscotch chips
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
How to make Butterscotch White Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
Step 1: In a bowl, mix the brown and white sugar. Then, add in the butter. Cream the sugars and butter until light and fluffy.
Step 2: In the same bowl, add in the eggs and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
Step 3: Combine the flour, salt, and soda along with the rest of the ingredients in the bowl. Mix until incorporated.
Step 4: Stir in the oats and chips until incorporated.
Step 5: Scoop the mixture onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Step 6: Place inside the oven and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 10 to 12 minutes.
Step 7: Once done, remove from the oven but do not remove the cookies yet from the sheet. Let them cool first for a few minutes before transferring the cookies to a cooling rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
