These are the best cookies in the entire universe! It combines both of my favourites – brownies and buckeyes! These cookies are heavenly, super amazing, and addicting that you cannot b able to resist eating more! Eating two of my favourites in one cookie is a dream come true. The fudgy-chocolate combination of these buckeye brownie cookies is to die for! I believe no person cannot be able to resist these out-of-this-world cookies!

1/4 c. butter melted
1 box fudge brownie mix (19.5 oz. or family size)
1 large egg
1 c. creamy peanut butter
4 oz. cream cheese softened
4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. powdered sugar
How to make Buckeye Brownie Cookies
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Place the brownie mix, butter, cream cheese, and egg in a medium bowl. Beat until blended.
Step 3: Onto an ungreased cookie sheet, scoop the dough to make approximately 24 cookies. To form a round cookie, smooth the edges.
Step 4: Combine the powdered sugar and the peanut butter in another bowl until thoroughly incorporated. Into about 1 inch balls, shape the mixture, one for each cookie. Set aside.
Step 5: Place in the preheated oven and bake the cookie dough for about 12 minutes.
Step 6: Lightly press the peanut butter into the middle of each cookie as soon as they come out of the oven. Allow the cookies to cool for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cook fully.
Step 7: In the meantime, melt 4 ounces of chocolate for about 30 seconds in a microwavable bowl. Stir, then melt for 15 seconds more until the chocolate is thoroughly melted. On top, of each cookie, spoon about half tbsp of the melted chocolate, covering the peanut butter balls. Allow the chocolate to set before storing the cookies in an airtight container.
