My daughter loves spending time with me in the kitchen. She loves to cook and she enjoys food. One of our favourite bonding is to experiment in the kitchen. I found this bubble-up pizza recipe in one of my favourite cooking sites and I immediately taught of her. Every time I told her about new recipes we will try, she gets really excited! I remembered she caught me in the kitchen making this bubble-up pizza for the first time and she lit up! We have a blast every time we make this. We play around with different toppings. Most of the time, we make a big bubble-up pizza with three or four different toppings. It’s truly fun making this simple and delicious pizza!

1 Jar of pizza sauce Bought or homemade – or use 2 small cans of tomato sauce with Italian seasoning
2 Cans of Biscuits (the cheap plan ones is okay)
1/2 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese optional
Pizza toppings any that you like (I like pepperoni)
2 c. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
How to make Bubble Up Pizza
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees.
Step 2: Using a nonstick spray, grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Step 3: Into fourths, cut each biscuit. I suggest using a pizza cutter if available. In the bottom of the prepared pan, place the biscuits.
Step 4: Over the biscuits, pour the pizza sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. At this point, you can add your favourite pizza toppings.
Step 5: Over the pizza toppings, sprinkle a little amount of cheddar cheese.
Step 6: Place in the preheated oven and bake the pizza for about 25 to 35 minutes until the biscuits bubbled up.
Step 7: Remove from the oven when done and allow the pizza to sit for at least 5 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
