Prep time: 15 mins | Cook time: 30 mins | Serves: 6-8

I love crescent rolls because they have a lot of uses. They are now a staple at my home, and I know that many of you will agree with me. One of the many recipes that use crescent roll is this easy and quick Breakfast Casserole. A delicious, super versatile casserole that you can throw together with just a few simple ingredients plus extras if you desire.

Ready in under thirty minutes this incredible casserole is not only a breakfast meal but is filling enough for brunch, lunch, or dinner! And the best part is you can make it how you like.

Ingredients

1 can(s) crescent rolls

1 pound pork sausage

6 Eggs

1/2 cup milk

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

How to Make Breakfast Casserole – Easy & Flexible

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees.

Step 2: In a skillet, place the sausage and cook until brown. Once done, drain excess grease.

Step 3: Using cooking spray, grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.

Step 4: Into the bottom of the prepared pan, press the unrolled crescent rolls. Seal by pressing the seams together.

Step 5: Over the crust, spread the sausage.

Step 6: In a bowl, add the eggs and milk. Whisk to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Then, pour this over the sausage and sprinkle with the cheeses.

Step 7: Place inside the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes until the eggs are set.

Step 8: When done, remove from the oven and serve immediately. Enjoy!

Note:

Feel free to change this recipe to your liking. This dish is pretty versatile, so adding extra ingredients is not a problem. Try adding some diced baked potatoes and diced green onions. It’s equally awesome!
