INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
15 ounces (430 grams) centre-cut boneless pork chops (3 pork chops)
1 tbsp vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp chopped Italian parsley, for garnishing
salt
ground black pepper
HONEY SAUCE:
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 1/2 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp salt
3 dashes of cayenne pepper
2 tbsp warm water
HOW TO MAKE BONELESS PORK CHOPS
Step 1: Sprinkle salt and ground black pepper on all sides of the pork chops.
Step 2: Combine the Honey Garlic Sauce (apple cider vinegar, honey, cayenne pepper, warm water, and salt) until well mixed.
Step 3: Add the vegetable oil with 1 tbsp butter in a hot cast-iron skillet over high heat. Pan-fry both sides of the pork chops for about 3 to 4 minutes per side, uninterrupted until brown.
Step 4: To one side of the skillet, push the pork chops, then add the rest of the butter. Saute the garlic for about 10 seconds until light brown. Now, add the Honey Garlic Sauce and continue to cook until the sauce has reduced, thickened, and turns amber brown. Over the pork chops, spoon the sauce. When done, turn the heat off.
Step 5: Serve the pork chops right away garnished with some parsley. Enjoy!
